LogiHire at the 2025 Care Factor Ball: A Night of Generosity and Industry Unity

On July 25th 2025, members of the freight and logistics community gathered in style for the 2025 Care Factor Industry Ball, a night dedicated to celebrating the people who keep our sector moving.

Held in support of industry wellbeing, the event wasn’t just about good food and great company. It raised much-needed funds for those doing it tough across freight, logistics, and supply chain, a mission that aligns closely with our values at LogiHire.

We were proud to attend and even prouder to be featured in The Daily Cargo News’ coverage of the event.

Supporting the People Behind the Industry

The Care Factor Ball has evolved into more than just a social highlight; it’s now a flagship event that shines a spotlight on industry-led giving and the importance of community.

While many attendees work in freight, logistics, and supply chain, the night’s focus was firmly on raising funds for this year’s charity partner, Find Ya Feet, a not-for-profit supporting vulnerable young people with housing, education, and employment pathways.

It was a powerful reminder that the freight sector isn’t just about moving goods, it’s about showing up for those who need it most.

Why LogiHire Attended

As freight and logistics recruitment specialists, we work with hundreds of industry professionals every year. We see the long hours, high-pressure environments, and sheer passion it takes to keep freight moving, and we know that support outside the workplace matters just as much as success inside it.

That’s why it was important for us to be there in person.

Recognising a Shared Commitment

We were thrilled to see familiar faces from across the industry and inspired by the sense of unity in the room. The logistics space can be fast-paced and demanding, but it’s also deeply collaborative. This event reminded us of the care that exists beyond contracts, KPIs, and cargo volumes.

At LogiHire, we believe people are the heart of the industry, whether they’re moving freight or building futures.

If you're hiring or exploring new opportunities in logistics, we're here to help.
